Lindsey Graham ERUPTS At US Allies Over Disastrous War Escalation
Lindsey Graham goes off the rails urging Donald Trump for escalation in Iran war action again and demanding US allies to join their military efforts and ship more weapons to region during alarming Fox News interview. John Iadarola breaks it down on The Damage Report. Leave a comment with your thoughts below!

As to President Trump, see this through. These
guys are on their back foot, Mr. President.
You have been brilliant in concept and execution.
And to our allies throughout the world who
depend on the straight of our moves more than
we do, get off your ass and help us. Trump
[00:00:17]
has been brilliant in concept and execution.
Just no notes, this is going great. I love
paying more. In fact, if we could get gas to
$10 a gallon, that would really remove a lot
of the math and the change situation, just simplifies
life. So yeah, according to Lindsey Graham,
[00:00:36]
everything is going the way that it should.
And I'm being sarcastic there, but I honestly
think in practice things are pretty much going
the way that Lindsey Graham wants. We're edging
ever closer back to war. And I mean that in
terms of movement towards it, but I have a
feeling he is literally edging over the possibility
that hostilities will begin again. So that's
[00:00:55]
great for him. It's possible that the justification
for further Israeli incursions into Lebanon
could soon be coming. uh Oil companies are making
banger profits because Brent crude's up above
112 as of last time I checked it. And so, he's
being stupid, but also kind of wily because
[00:01:14]
this is going well for the bloodthirsty lunatics.
Now he's saying more people need to come in
and bail us out of this war, which is strange
because it's been so great in terms of concept
and execution. I don't know why we need so much
help. But he is at least moderating his views
[00:01:30]
a bit on some of the further escalation that
could come. Obviously, I was very worried for
a number of weeks that we were going to take
Karg Island, land ground troops, that sort
of thing. We've had very little of that, which
is a good thing. I love to be wrong about that
sort of prediction. And it seems like even Lindsey
Graham is backing off the whole Carg Island
[00:01:48]
thing just a little bit. Here's a comparison
of what he had been saying and what he's saying
now. Here's what I tell President Trump, keep
it up for a few more weeks. Take Carg Island
where all of the resources they have to produce
oil, control that island, let this regime down
a vine. I'm not a real advocate of taking Carg
Island. I think we ought to tell the Iranians
[00:02:07]
we will destroy it from the air. that will accomplish
the mission I have in mind, which means they
can never regenerate anytime soon to become
the largest state sponsor of terrorism and
their nuclear program's been obliterated. We're
close to victory. We're close to victory, which
[00:02:25]
is, I feel, is that traitorous talk from Lindsey
Graham? We're close to victory? We've victoried
like eight weeks ago, buddy, okay? We've victoried
at least once a week since then. I can't- Listen
to Pete Hegson do a speech without hearing about
capital V victory and now we're only close
[00:02:41]
to victory. He needs a little time in one of
those reeducation camps. So anyway, look,
it is good that he doesn't want us to land troops
on Karg Island. That's good, doesn't mean it's
not going to happen. And this could just be
a squirrel to get us to look away and then
they land the troops, I don't know. But he
also says, wouldn't it be awesome if we just
[00:02:58]
annihilated the island? We just took it out,
took off all the oil infrastructure. Forget
oil prices ever going down again. They'll destroy
Oman and the UAE and maybe Saudi Arabia as
well and we'll destroy them and there will be
no infrastructure across the region. And gas
[00:03:15]
prices will stay artificially high for a really
long time. And look as a person that wants
us to speed run the electrification of America
and our transportation infrastructure, there's
a little bit of a silver lining to that. But
boy, does it come with some costs in the short
term. To us, of course, again, not to the oil
executives, they are making amazing profits.
[00:03:36]
They're doing quite well, and I'm sure that
that is not lost on Lindsey Graham. None of
this has to do with you or your family, since
constituency is a handful of fossil fuel CEOs
and one Benjamin Netanyahu. Those are the only
people that matter in literally any of this.
[00:03:52]
And so, also by, we're not going to. play more
video of him. But one of the things that he
wanted to do there, he's sort of again backing
off of us sending in fighters on the ground.
But he is once again saying that we need to
send in arms. So he's back on the, we're going
[00:04:09]
to arm the Iranian people and just send them
out to be massacred thing. That we know that
that's not going to work. I love the idea of
it. I was a big fan of Andor or whatever. In
this particular case, I don't think it's wise.
And so the least wise man in DC is calling
for it. Now, interestingly, evidently, We have
been shipping some weapons to the region and
[00:04:28]
not just for our use. Now not into Iran necessarily,
but we supposedly, Trump says that he sent
weapons to Kurdish fighters in the region.
And then he has no idea what happened to those
weapons. According to him, he says, I'm not
happy with the delivery of the weapons. I'm
[00:04:45]
not thrilled with it, but a small amount of
weapons were sent and we'll see who has them.
But I'm not happy with what happened with the
Kurds. The Kurds did not deliver the weapons.
That's a thing that we mention deep into this
story. Can you imagine if Joe Biden revealed,
[00:05:03]
yeah, no, I sent some weapons and I don't know
what happened with them. I really should have
paid extra for a signature upon delivery. What
do you mean you don't know? Who handed them
over? Where did you hand them over? Did you
even know who you were handing them? Did you
[00:05:20]
just leave them in a field somewhere? And we're
probably never going to hear a follow up to
that. Those weapons could be in the hands of
terrorists. Those weapons could be traveling
into Europe right now or something. And we
have no idea and Donald Trump does not seem
[00:05:36]
particularly concerned. Maybe if like, I don't
know, maybe if like the handle. nice marble
or something, we could get him fired up to give
a damn. But for right now, it's just deadly
weaponry. What's he going to sweat over that
for? Anyway, the Kurds, by the way, say they
[00:05:53]
didn't get any weapons. So the cover story
was that we gave them to the Kurds, but we
don't know what they did with them. Now they're
saying they didn't even get them. Did we give
them to the Ayatollah? I literally don't even
know at this point. Anyway, here's what Graham
has to say, one little bit of him. So if I were
President Trump and I were Israel, I would
[00:06:12]
load the Iranian people up with weapons so
they could go to the streets armed and turn
the tide of battle inside Iran. We don't need
American boots on the ground. We've got millions
of boots on the ground in Iran. They just don't
have any weapons. Give them the weapons so
[00:06:29]
they can rise up like we did to destroy this
regime. A Second Amendment solution, I think,
would go a long way to ending this war. I'm
really torn finally on whether this is an
evil, evil scheme that he's trying to hatch
or if he's like the dumbest person in the world.
[00:06:47]
Him throwing in the Second Amendment solution.
It's Iran, they don't have the second, it's
like a totally different thing, different country,
different constitution. What are you talking
about? We rose up, are you talking about us
attacking Iran or are you referencing like
[00:07:04]
the revolution? Dude, you weren't involved
in that. You think you would have risen up
in that case? Do you know who you are? Do you
see yourself? Do you listen to yourself speak?
And then we'll just give them the weapons.
I guess he thinks it's simple to distribute
[00:07:21]
weapons to civilians. A country of 90 million
people, a massive mountainous country. We're
just going to drop weapons all over the place.
I guess we've been practicing with the Kurds,
I suppose. And then they're gonna go out to
the streets and take out the regime. No serious
[00:07:39]
person thinks that that could work. Now, he
is very, very dumb. So it's possible that he's
just wrong about that. But I will end on this.
I don't think that he necessarily is wrong
about it. I think he knows exactly what would
happen. And I think he feels that if we throw
[00:07:58]
a couple of AR-15s off into the fields north
of Tehran or whatever, And there's a rising
up and 100 or 1000 or 50,000 Iranian civilians
get massacred. Good PR if you really want to
[00:08:16]
send ground troops in, if you really want this
war to go forever, if you want to make sure
that you take out this regime. Think about,
my God, we can't let this regime to stay in
place. They just massacred all of those people
that we were with the best of intentions trying
to help. You don't think that he'd be willing?
see that through. That is literally the talking
[00:08:37]
point of the Israeli government and we know
that Graham has been in direct contact with
them. They know that they would be massacred,
but they want them to be massacred. It is again,
very Andor by the way. And so I don't think
this is case of him being stupid. I think
[00:08:52]
this is case of him being as evil as it is humanly
possible to be.
