Israeli Forces Launch Devastating Strikes In Beirut
Israel Defense Forces flattened buildings in Beirut that they claim are storing Hezbollah weapons
- 14 minutes
Israel's military launched an attack
unprecedented in scale in recent history
in Beirut's southern suburbs,
with both dead and wounded being counted
literally as we're live on the air.
Multiple residential buildings
have been utterly destroyed, and we are
[00:00:15]
going to show you some footage of it.
It looks like what I imagine.
I don't know, Dresden would look like.
Like utter massive craters and just an
entire residential area turned into it.
Looks like the moon.
It does not look like Earth anymore.
[00:00:33]
And that's what was done in the last day.
This was the largest Israeli strike
in Beirut since the 2006 war.
They were, according to them, the
reasoning for this was they were targeting
Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah.
The strike, of course, also brought down
multiple residential buildings.
[00:00:50]
We can show you right here
two of the buildings that were destroyed.
I've seen counts of 4 to 6 buildings
having been destroyed,
by by the numbers that we had, at least
when we were putting this together.
At least two people had been killed
and 76 wounded.
[00:01:06]
Of course, that is a very preliminary
assessment of the casualties, because when
the buildings are destroyed and many of
them might well be filled with people,
it takes a long time, if ever, that you
actually find them and can count it.
Now, I did see video of two children
being pulled still alive,
[00:01:23]
but of course injured from the rubble.
So at least two of the children
whose lives were endangered by this attack
were thankfully not killed.
But of course, many, many were.
And we'll find out over the next day
or week or month exactly how many.
Bear in mind that more than 700 people,
just within the bounds of Lebanon,
[00:01:41]
have been killed over
the last 11 days of this fighting.
And that's that's
a massive scale of violence.
I saw one thing that stood out to me.
In one town in Lebanon, dozens of people
attended a mass funeral for one family,
the Shu'ayb family.
[00:01:58]
A strike overnight
had killed 15 members of the family.
There was one survivor in that entire
family to attend the funeral of 15 people
killed during a strike,
because they lived in the wrong area.
Yeah.
[00:02:13]
Okay, so let's break this down.
First of all, Israel,
with yet another terrorist strike
in the capital of a neighboring country.
This is the third capital that they've
attacked, Damascus, Tehran and Beirut.
[00:02:28]
And they and, of course,
every time they do an aggressive attack
against another country, they go, oh,
we have a right to defend ourselves.
Okay, so now you're
the Israeli supporters out there going,
oh my God, Jake, how dare you?
[00:02:43]
Hezbollah has fired
tens of thousands of rockets.
How many have landed
and actually killed people?
One, one.
So does that mean that Hezbollah's
nice guys for doing that?
No, no.
You want to condemn them?
Happy to condemn them.
Of course they shouldn't do that, etc..
Right.
So now are we going to be even handed?
[00:03:00]
No. You're going to say Hezbollah
has no right to do that.
And I don't care
if it barely ever even hurts us.
We have a right to kill. 700 of them.
12 kids were killed in northern Israel.
So now we have a right to kill 700
and then 7000 and then 70,000.
We have the right to kill
an unlimited number of human beings.
[00:03:17]
No you don't.
That's not right to self-defense.
Israel is definitely starting this war.
So. Okay, look,
I'm tired of debating the nonsense.
People that are so biased
that they're borderline lunatics now.
Totally detached from reality. They.
In their mind, Israel is little.
David is surrounded by her Goliath.
[00:03:36]
Palestinians and the Palestinians
have all the power at any second.
They can make Israel not exist.
Israel has Iron Dome.
In some ways that makes it literally
the safest country on earth.
It doesn't have a right to exist.
It exists already.
It's existed since 1948.
Does Palestine exist?
[00:03:54]
No, no.
And who's blocked
Palestine's right to exist?
Israel. And you go.
Well, they they they they they
they might, they might
block our right to exist theoretically,
hypothetically, at another time.
But we've been blocking their right
to exist for 57 years.
But who cares?
[00:04:10]
Their lives are aren't worth anything,
and our lives are worth everything.
Yeah, I know, but that's because
you're a giant hypocrite
and I can't stand it anymore.
So I gave the analogy
the other day on the show.
When I was a kid, I got into
a little scuffle with another kid
and he threw a stone,
giant stone for at me in his driveway,
[00:04:27]
had broken off the driveway, and
and it hit me and I started bleeding
from the from the head.
So I murdered him, his mom,
and the entire neighborhood.
Now, if I told you that story,
the first part is true.
He did throw the stone
and it did hit me in the head.
It was gigantic
and I was bleeding from the head.
[00:04:43]
Did I murder him? No, of course not.
You know why?
Because I'm a decent moral person.
But Israeli logic according
to their right wing government.
But honestly, like now, how many years?
Six decades of every government says
if you even throw a stone at me
and it doesn't hit me.
[00:04:59]
Or a rocket. And it doesn't hit me.
It doesn't matter. I get to murder you.
Your mom.
Because the mom came out in that story.
And your neighbor
who didn't do anything wrong.
And in fact, I'm going to incinerate
the entire neighborhood
and murder all of these innocent people
because you threw a stone.
[00:05:16]
It didn't even hit me. But who cares?
Because I'm the moral one.
No, that's what a wildly indecent,
immoral person does.
And then if you are,
if you only listen to American television,
you'd never know this.
Do you know why Hezbollah has fired
those ineffectual rockets right now?
[00:05:34]
I debated a guy on Piers Morgan.
They comically.
He's like, oh, I don't know.
For no reason. Because they hate Jews.
I mean, I. But look, to be fair,
I was going to say, if anybody is
stupid enough to believe that if you
watch American media, you literally
wouldn't know a second reason why.
Right.
So I'm not blaming the people
who receive that propaganda.
[00:05:52]
I'm blaming the people
who did that propaganda.
No. Israel has been occupying
5.5 million people.
The Palestinians,
for 57 years in a dictatorial control
of the West Bank and the Gaza Strip.
And then they go around and gaslight
the world and go, we're a democracy.
[00:06:08]
Ignore the concentration camps
we have for 5.5 million people.
They're not allowed
to the minute they step.
They don't even have to do anything wrong.
They don't even have to look
at us wrong like Emmett Till did.
I mean, if they look at us wrong,
the settlers are going to murder them.
If they don't murder them,
the IDF is going to murder them.
[00:06:23]
And then there's going to be a kangaroo
court that says 99% of them are innocent.
Oh they are.
Well, the Palestinians
deserve to be murdered.
You know,
their lives have no value at all.
No. They are occupying in a dictatorial
way. 5.5 million other human beings.
[00:06:40]
And then they say, we have a right.
You have to kill all of them because we
have a right to defend ourselves.
So now I'm going to ask
what is for any normal human being,
the most logical question on earth.
But an American media will be
considered deeply controversial.
Do the Palestinians have a right
to defend themselves.
[00:06:58]
Do the Lebanese have a right
to defend themselves?
And if by defending themselves, Israel
means killing 41,000 people in Gaza,
do the Palestinians have an equal right?
Now, nobody can answer that question
because you'd have
[00:07:15]
to say logically they would.
As human beings have the same rights.
But here in America, if you say that,
you'll be canceled, fired,
and maybe even arrested because are you
equating Hamas or Hezbollah with Israel?
[00:07:32]
When Israel's killed 40 times more.
How dare you?
Israel is obviously a moral one.
No, I'm here to break the spell.
Wakey wakey, America!
You've been hypnotized
by liars and propagandists.
No. Israel does not have a right to murder
anyone it likes and call it self-defense.
[00:07:49]
Hamas doesn't have that right.
Hezbollah doesn't have that right,
and neither does Israel.
J.R. It's the basis for how we do stuff.
I mean, look, societies do this?
I think since forever there's been wars.
You kill a large number of people.
There's always civilians
and citizens killed in these wars.
[00:08:05]
And the person who's the strongest
and the most savage and most brutal
and most bloody is the one who wins.
And then they make the rules.
All these things have been said.
Nothing about this is brand new.
Nothing about it's new.
You talk about how you got
the rock thrown at you as a kid.
There's street violence,
there's cliques, there's gangs,
[00:08:21]
there's gang violence in the streets.
A lot of times it's retaliatory.
You kill someone, that's my brother,
then it's going to happen back to you
and maybe three other people with it.
And we criticize that.
This is just a larger scale of that.
I'm not sure why that's we've got
everything right in front of our faces
[00:08:36]
about everything that we're talking about,
from politics to wars,
which always go hand in hand.
But I think there's beginning to be
these moments when people can see reality.
There's so much more new information,
not new information, just information
that we decided not to look at before.
So everyone can sit at home, grab their
phone and find out what's happening.
[00:08:52]
That's why a lot of these journalists,
a lot of these victims that are
in these war torn areas, is are showing us
what they're experiencing, what they're
seeing, and the tide begins to turn.
But that's what makes people who kind of
have been buying into the dehumanization
campaign of this would go, how dare you?
[00:09:08]
But if you can say, how dare you not care
about 40,000 people being murdered
and you see children's bodies
in bits and pieces, where's the shame?
Why not?
Because we've always
been accepting of that.
The nation was built off of
dehumanizing people, murdering them,
[00:09:26]
and then saying, that's okay
because it's for the greater good.
Those human lives don't matter.
And anyone who's affected by it
that still hangs around that one person
of the 15 of his whole family, he, his or
hers, whole family that that was brutally
incinerated, how should they feel?
[00:09:41]
We don't think that far
because that's not a human.
They don't have the same feelings I have.
They don't have the same outlook
on the world as I have.
Think about a five year old that's been
here for five years, looks up at the world
and sees that there's constant bombing
coming their way,
and then apparently never hears this.
[00:09:57]
Probably that the people who are saying
it's okay are saying, well, it's
because the people that look like you,
that are adults voted in the wrong person,
wrote in the wrong party,
votes in the wrong type of leadership.
So therefore you five year old child,
your life is in danger.
[00:10:13]
I think they would probably again
their only experience in this existence.
Think about it that way.
You're only experiencing this existence.
You look up and there's this nation,
a couple of them
that are killing everyone around you.
That may be an idea that you're in hell.
[00:10:29]
What is this world I'm in where this is
acceptable, where I'm just living and
there's rockets and bombs and a ton, two
ton times size bombs landing on my head.
Yeah.
Why is this acceptable?
I feel like this is an unreal world.
[00:10:47]
We can't see it that way
because they don't matter that much.
We can say who's so and so doesn't matter.
But when you think about when someone
says so-and-so doesn't matter, it really
goes all the way down to their literal
existence and experience in this world.
- Yeah, and that's a really bad person.
- Yeah.
[00:11:04]
I mean, you just described the almost
the entire American government,
let alone the Israeli government.
Those people that are saying that,
look, guys, the kids and the adults
that were killed in Israel on October 7th,
and then that one strike
from Hezbollah that landed.
[00:11:21]
Those are precious, valuable lives.
The minute you find out about any of them,
I would hope to God
that you you feel empathy towards them
and you go, that's a real person.
They were at a concert,
they were on a farm.
They were doing something
with their grandma.
They were doing something with their aunt,
and then they got kidnaped,
[00:11:37]
they got killed, etc..
I love that you care about the Israelis
in that way,
and I care about the Israelis in that way.
And I want Israel to be a safe haven
for Jews across the world
who have been abused throughout history.
But this is not a safe haven.
And what part of a safe haven is I'm going
to keep you in prison for 57 years.
[00:12:00]
And? And you.
Your life doesn't matter, and I can.
We have a right to defend ourselves.
But you do not have a right
to defend yourself.
You have to accept
your dictatorial imprisonment.
You have to accept that you live in a camp
and that you're never going to be free.
Netanyahu says,
I will never allow a Palestinian state.
[00:12:16]
If a Palestinian leader said that, that
would be cause for Israel to murder them.
Those are facts.
When they say Israel shouldn't exist.
Israel says they're terrorists
and I have a right to kill them.
They just are bragging about how they
tried to kill Nasrallah Hassan
[00:12:32]
Nasrallah today in the Beirut attack
that we're talking about now.
They said, well, he says that Israel
doesn't have a right to exist,
but Netanyahu and every Israeli leader is
certainly in recent history has said that
a Palestine doesn't have a right to exist.
I shouldn't say every Israeli leader
in the recent history,
[00:12:47]
because there's plenty of liberals, etc.
That aren't like that.
But I'm saying his cabinet.
Okay, so no, we have America has
this ludicrous two different sets of rules
for two different sets of people.
And as our heart breaks for Israeli
citizens, their heart does not break for
[00:13:04]
Palestinian citizens or Lebanese citizens.
They look at those dead Muslim kids
and they go, so what?
Hey, you know what? Not so what?
Joe Biden would like to send Israel
a thank you note
and attach $26 billion as a thank you
for murdering those Muslim children.
[00:13:22]
Yeah.
Joe Biden, by the way, is a racist,
doesn't care about Muslim lives at all,
has never cared.
Has voted for every war
to murder more Muslims 100% unjustly.
John is absolutely right.
In the earlier segment, America killed
way more innocent civilians in Iraq
[00:13:39]
than Israel has even killed in Gaza.
And Joe Biden voted for it.
And that's who Joe Biden is.
If his donors are going to make money,
the defense contractors, etc.,
Joe Biden will let you kill
any number of Muslims you want.
One of the most racist men
in American Politics, then pretends to go
[00:13:56]
and do civil rights and against
and protest against apartheid
with Nelson Mandela and get arrested.
Giant liar. He never did that.
Huge liar.
Deeply racist and a total loser
who let this giant war in the Middle East
[00:14:11]
happen on his watch because he refused
to use his leverage with Israel?
History will think of Joe Biden
as a weak, pathetic warmonger.
And he earned it. He earned it.
Congratulations, Joe.
That will be your legacy.
