You're about to see Fox News commit an act of elder abuse against Donald Trump live on TV. See, Sean Hannity rudely had an interview with Trump. Having the interviews not rude, but scheduling it at night once the sun is down, very tough for Donald Trump's neural biology, [00:00:15] as you're gonna see. So Trump is flailing to explain how the hell we get out of Iran, how we pitch this as some sort of win. And then he made clear that that is very much what it's about. just pitching it as a win in the most literal terms. Take a look. We were thinking [00:00:32] about doing it early on. About getting it. It would take a while, it take a week and half, it's a long time to be in an enemy territory. No, you gotta move these massive amounts of granite. It's a granite, granite's the hardest. It's amazing that it's- Those were really powerful [00:00:52] bombs that we used. And don't forget, we hit it on top of that. We hit Tomahawks on top of that. No, I don't think it's necessary except from a public relations standpoint. I think it's important for the fake news that we get it. I'm the one that said we're gonna get it and we're gonna get it. They looked at it at the beginning and they said, there's no way [00:01:11] that anybody can ever get down to the nuclear test. But I still rather have it. I'd rather get it. just feel better if I get it actually. But I think it's more for public relations than it is for anything else. He said in one string of almost words, it's just the fake [00:01:33] news saying you have to get it. I'm the one who said we'll get it. I want us to get it. But it also doesn't matter. It's irrelevant. It's just for PR because nobody could have ever gotten to it. I just want to remind everyone. One of the excuses they've used for starting [00:01:49] this stupid war of choice with Iran was we have to do it because they're gonna get that dust and they're gonna turn it into a nuclear weapon. And he is now telling you, they never could have gotten to it. It's impossible. And yet we had to be in there and you know what? We [00:02:05] still have to be in there for another week, for another month, for another year just because I'd feel better if we got it. And if that means that every month Americans have to spend $30 to $40 billion more in gas and it makes the price of all the food that you eat more expensive [00:02:21] and it just wrecks the economy in general, I'd feel better if we got it even though it's just the fake news saying that we gotta get it. This is a friendly interview with Sean Hannity, Brett. And this is what he's coming with in terms of argumentation. What do you think? [00:02:36] It's like he was being thrown softball pitches and accidentally choked on the softball. Like how did that even happen? How did it get in his mouth? Like it's a giant ball. How is he suddenly choking on it? Yeah, in an interview between Trump and Sean Hannity, how is Trump [00:02:55] the one choking on something? It's nuts, man. That's great, John. That's really good. I apologize. No, don't apologize. Take the podium. ah But yeah, no, it's nuts, ah But yeah, no, like, [00:03:12] This is what's frustrating about, this is one of the many things that's frustrating about Trump. He has perfected kind of not having to make sense about anything. He just vaguely [00:03:27] throws out things that folks that are desperate to see someone dunk on something can latch onto. But there's fewer and fewer of those, the numbers are bearing that out. The hardcore Magistans are just not as plentiful anymore. They still love him. If you are brainwashed [00:03:43] enough and this is the only thing and this is the role that Trump plays in your life is dunkitude, then great, sure, it makes sense, you have a low bar. But more and more people, specifically ones that buy gasoline and also were like, I don't wanna spend money on, pour our treasures [00:04:02] into foreign labs, I don't want that. Those are the people that are very upset. And when he talks like that, it doesn't make any sense. And then he uses, I understand when he was standing and doing the interview, going to do negotiations about maybe with China and Iran [00:04:17] to try to exert some kind of pressure on another nation. He goes, I don't have Americans financial interests at heart at all. People who see him going into negotiations are like maybe he wants to show that America's got a stiff chin and can handle this kind of pressure for a long [00:04:36] time. But it comes out like that. And he doesn't even know how to articulate what he wants, let alone something that the average person can listen to and say, actually, that does make sense. And he shouldn't be allowed to get away with it anymore. There was a person on [00:04:52] Fox News who said, he can get elected with very low numbers. But and he's cheating the system more and more. We should be livid. We should be apoplectic. It's just that we've been that way for so long that we started to go nose blind how bad he is. we've got a few [00:05:12] months to make the push toward the midterms. And when that happens, we better just knock the crap out of the guy. Yeah, yeah, no, 100%. I 100 % agree about the nose blindness. Even me, this is my beat and everything. I'm 100 % stuff has been normalized that shouldn't [00:05:29] be we move on from things and it's it's frustrating. Ashmanile, by the way, says he's not playing softball. He's playing T ball tripped over the home plate and deep throat of the T. He's a wonder of his craft. By the way, as we move on, just want everyone to imagine we're two [00:05:45] and a half months into a stupid war that is the least popular war in American history. ah Joe Biden is in charge of it. He's being interviewed by Sean Hannity and Sean Hannity asked, hey, is there a timeline? And uh Joe's like, no, I don't care, I wanna get it. And [00:06:01] Sean would be like, yeah, you really live rent free in people's minds. uh Does anybody think that this is how Fox would be approaching literally anything? It'd be totally cool. But Fox, the way, didn't even cover, obviously didn't even cover the Trump, uh I don't even think about [00:06:17] Americans financially. That's what state media is. don't have to acknowledge it. Imagine if Joe Biden had said that, but in the case of Fox, that would be really inconvenient for our viewers to have to think about. That might briefly wake them up, so we're gonna pretend [00:06:32] he didn't say that.
