garbage person is Jesse Waters. I'm just gonna
play the video for you and I think you'll understand
the reason why. I did some research on the blacks
as Judge Jeanine so eloquently would say.
um The solution to Hakeem's problem, the scale
Obama is baby making. Blacks for 150 years
[00:00:18]
have only represented 10 to 15 % of the American
population, okay? That's not that much. So
if they wanna have more seats. They gotta
get in between the sheets. Spanish, they're
coming north, they're having tons of kids. And
at this point, they had almost the same amount
[00:00:37]
of house seats as blacks. The Hispanic caucus
is almost as big as the black caucus. So if
you guys need to solve that problem, you know
what you need to do. I'm not arguing for more
black congressmen. I'm arguing just don't draw
the district's advantage apart. No, you're
just discriminating against whites. That was
an all black district. wanna be in that district.
[00:00:58]
support segregation. It's not a blacks only,
it's whites only. have a very diverse district
now. Why is he screaming as loud as he is?
I understand he's very fired up. He loves
the idea that he can scream the word blacks
over and over with that stank on it. But
[00:01:19]
yeah, that's a guy getting paid millions of
dollars by Fox News. to just rub it in to
a 99.9 % white audience that yeah, the Supreme
Court let them take a black community and
just chop them up. And you get no representation
whatsoever. And he loves that. And he knows
[00:01:37]
the audience loves that. But what could make
it better? Maybe if he just had more babies.
I mean, we'll still just gerrymander you. It
doesn't matter how many people, we're just
gonna keep cutting you up. It doesn't matter.
m And that's not like just some neo-Nazi podcast
[00:01:55]
or something, that is Fox News. Where he is
delighting in the fact that they have uh used
their white super majority in the Supreme Court
to ensure that something like a third of the
Congressional Black Caucus is gonna be gone
in six months. This is effectively, this
[00:02:12]
is the strike back against Reconstruction.
is uh form of Jim Crow being reasserted. And
he gets to just to have a little bit of fun
with it on air for the racists in the audience
and it's grotesque. What do think Brett? Like,
first of all, I'm not saying that Republicans
[00:02:32]
are racist. I'm not saying that, but I'm saying
that the minute that the Supreme Court made
racism legal, the Republicans got really happy
about it. They're like, finally, that is
literally what happened. It was illegal to
draw districts based on race. And the previous
[00:02:55]
decisions held that yes, these were based on
race for the purpose of discriminating against
black people. And so they couldn't do certain
things because it would disenfranchise black
voters. If Jesse Waters wants to show up and
say that white voters are disenfranchised in
[00:03:14]
America, good luck. You can't. Instead, he's
trying this little bit that only works cuz
he is essentially, when you had Thanksgiving
with a big family and there was the one kid
[00:03:30]
that everybody laughed at because that was the
funny kid, that was the cute funny kid, that's
Jesse Waters' entire career. And he's got that
feeling and then the kid grows up and you're
like, my God, can he just stop it? Not everybody
thinks you're that adorable. I'm speaking from
experience here. But like Gutfeld sitting there,
Gutfeld was like, to my knowledge, in clubs,
[00:03:53]
being a stand up comedian, earning at least
the opportunity to be considered the comedian
on Fox News. Jesse Waters was an intern on
O'Reilly, and for years. That's the thing
about the right wing is they have so much goddamn
runway to fail. Erica Kirk has so much more
[00:04:14]
runway to become Charlie Kirk. than any person
in the world would have. Jesse Waters has no
right to have earned that job at all. He isn't
funny, he didn't cut his teeth. But he has
[00:04:30]
that job, that's DEI. Yeah, 100%, and they just
won't admit it. They try to turn it on him,
we were disenfranchising white people. Yeah,
yeah, sure, buddy. That's the legacy of voting
in America, you doink. It's just, look, obviously
Supreme Court reform is massively needed. And
[00:04:51]
again, they don't have to pretend that what
they're saying makes sense. But the idea that
you can take a black community and say it's
illegal to draw a line around it, but it's
totally legal to look at it and be like they
can't be together. So we do this. I don't
[00:05:10]
understand. There's no legal argument to be
had there. um And so something obviously needs
to be done to the Supreme Court to turn that
around. Okay, well, those are our garbage people.
62,000 of you voted for the community garbage
person of the week. 1 % going to Sean Duffy
[00:05:26]
for his tone deaf reality show. By the way,
Sean, that might be an indication that the
audience might not be there when you get that
reality show. 11 % goes to Representative Virginia
Foxx for her horrific letter to a 10 year old.
28 % to the SCOTUS for allowing Alabama to
use their redistricting map. But no, 60 % shows
Donald Trump for saying he doesn't care about
[00:05:45]
Americans finances. That was true garbage. But
let's get positive for a moment with our hero
of the week. 6 % went to Chris Van Hollen for
confronting Cash Patel on his drinking. And
then eventually coming through with the drinking
evaluation thing. I don't think Cash ever did
[00:06:02]
it. Even though you could just lie. He didn't
even bother to lie. He's probably nursing pretty
bad hangover. 11 % goes to Representative Justin
Pearson. for his speech against redistricting
in Tennessee. 27 % to Mayor Mamdani for bringing
down the $12 billion budget deficit in New
York City. But 56 % went to the Epstein survivors
for their testimonies at the House hearing,
[00:06:23]
the shadow testimony that was finally set up.
Glad they're still fighting for justice. So
thank you to everybody who voted in both of
those cases.
