Fight for $15
The America Rescue Plan was one of the largest relief bills in American history. It also had important progressive priorities like child tax credits and more assistance to the disadvantaged. But it did not include the $15 minimum wage increase. Some on the left wanted progressives in Congress to block this bill, which would not have killed it but could have delayed its passage, in order to fight harder for the $15 minimum wage increase. What do you think?
