Dog Passports
Tired of dogs pooping on the streets — and their owners not cleaning it up — a mayor in France is making all of the dogs in his town get a “DNA passport”. Any dog poop left out on the street will be DNA tested and traced back to the dog. The dog’s owner will then be fined.
