Melania Holds SHADY Unprompted Presser About Epstein
First Lady Melania Trump maintained she never had a relationship with Jeffrey Epstein in a wild press conference about the Epstein files.
- 11 minutes
I call on Congress to provide the women who
have been victimized by Epstein with a public
hearing specifically centered around the survivors.
Give these victims their opportunity to
[00:00:15]
testify under oath in front of Congress with
the power of sworn testimony.
First Lady Melania Trump has broken her silence
on the Epstein files and uh this came as uh
[00:00:34]
the Trump administration very clearly does not
want to focus on the Epstein files. So what
exactly is happening here? She is calling for
Congress to hold a public hearing with the
survivors. Cenk, what are your two cents? Yeah,
so there's two possibilities here. ah What
[00:00:53]
is? The war is not a distraction from the Epstein
files as Anna pointed out. Epstein files might
be a distraction from the war now. But the other
possibility is uh that a story is about to
come out saying that Melania and Donald Trump
were set up by Jeffrey Epstein. So that's the
[00:01:14]
main reason you would try to get ahead of the
story by doing something like this. And so
let's get the facts and also Donald Trump's
reaction is very relevant here. It sure is.
Now, I actually wanna get to that right away
because everyone was wondering, did Trump
[00:01:30]
know about this press conference that the first
lady's doing? And it turns out, according to
MSNOW, Trump did not know that she was issuing
this statement. Jorams. All right, but let's
get to more of what she had to say because
it was a surprise move from the first lady.
[00:01:50]
However, she denied having any connection to
Epstein. Take a look. I never been friends
with Epstein. Donald and I were invited to
the same parties as Epstein from time to time.
Since overlapping in social circles is common.
in New York City and Palm Beach. To be clear,
[00:02:16]
I never had a relationship with Epstein or
his accomplice, Maxwell. My email reply
to Maxwell cannot be catered as anything
more than casual correspondence. I am not
[00:02:36]
Epstein's victim. Epstein did not introduce
me to Donald Trump. I met my husband by chance
at the New York City party in 1998. Melania
has always maintained that uh an Italian modeling
[00:02:57]
agent by the name of Paolo Zampoli is the person
who introduced her to President Donald Trump
back in 1998. A man who also appeared in the
Epstein files numerous times and did business
with Epstein though, so that's not great. But
going back to her statement, she uh then went
[00:03:16]
into detail about the first time that she actually
met Epstein. Here's what she had to say.
The first time I crossed paths with Epstein
was in the year 2000 at an event Donald and
I attended together. At the time, had never
met Epstein and had no knowledge of his criminal
[00:03:40]
undertakings. Numerous fake images and statements
about Epstein and me have been calculating
on social media for years now. Be cautious
about what you believe. I'm not a witness
[00:04:02]
or a name witness in connection with any of
Epstein's crimes. I have never had any knowledge
of Epstein abuse. of his victims. I was never
involved in any capacity. I was not a participant,
[00:04:22]
was never on Epstein's plane, and never visited
his private island. Melania's name does appear
in the Epstein files because of emails that
she had with Delane Maxwell. She described
[00:04:38]
as casual correspondence. In a 2002 email written
to Maxwell, a woman named Melania wrote to
Maxwell to praise a profile of Epstein in New
York Magazine. Maxwell called Melania sweet
[00:04:54]
pea and Melania signed her email love. And again,
right now, obviously, we don't have a shred
of evidence showing any wrongdoing that Melania
was involved in or anything like that. Melania
has never been charged with a crime. I think
it's important to know that. But what befuddles
[00:05:10]
people is why she put out the statement in the
first place. And we are hearing some talking
points from a lot of people, some claims from
a lot of people online um that she had this
relationship with Epstein. Maybe there was something
shady going on, but again, no evidence of that.
[00:05:26]
But where things get really interesting, one
more clip here Cenk, is her calling for Congress
to act and do something that to be quite honest,
Trump's voters overwhelmingly wanted him to
do, but he didn't do. Take a look. Now is the
time for Congress to act. Epstein was not
[00:05:46]
alone. Several prominent male executives resigned
from their powerful positions after this matter
became widely. politicized. Of course, this
doesn't amount to guilt, but we still must
[00:06:03]
work openly and transparently to uncover the
truth. I call on Congress to provide the women
who have been victimized by Epstein with a
public hearing specifically centered around
[00:06:19]
the survivors. Give these victims their opportunity
to testify under oath. in front of Congress
with the power of sworn testimony. Then and
only then we will have the truth. Thank you.
[00:06:37]
Thomas Massey loved that message and said,
first lady asked Congress to bring Epstein
survivors in for testimony with all due respect.
uh That's Todd Blanch's job. But he also says
[00:06:56]
that Ro Khanna and I have uh already gave brave
survivors a chance to tell their horrific stories
on Capitol Hill. Pam Bondi wouldn't even acknowledge
them, prosecute. And the reason why I say uh
Massey loves this is because it puts this issue
front and center at a time when the war against
[00:07:15]
Iran has really sucked up all the energy, all
the attention in the country. And people have
kind of forgotten about the Epstein files, or
at least they're not focusing on the Epstein
files. And so now there's a shift back to this
issue, which I'm sure Trump is not happy about.
[00:07:31]
This is not something that he wanted, but who
knows? Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe there's something.
Maybe there's some sort of scam going on here.
I have no idea. But Cenk, what do you make
of this? Yeah, so I have a theory. But first,
just on a personal note, I remember when I
[00:07:46]
was a whore most of my life, and a nerd and
an outsider. I remember, I'm still all of those
things. Anyway, and this is the part I used
to think, I was a little bitter about not getting
[00:08:01]
invited to the cool parties. oh Thank God I
was. Yeah, these parties turned out to be
disgusting, Jesus Christ. So all right, Melania
doing this is the equivalent of a guy coming
into a room and screaming, I'm gay. Okay, okay,
we don't want to said that until you started
[00:08:24]
screaming it. So it does make you wonder.
So normally somebody gets in front of a story
by doing a revelation like this. And how would
they know that a story is coming out? Well,
a reporter will call you right before they publish
the story and ask you for a comment. So when
[00:08:42]
they ask you for a comment, then you know the
story is coming out and you do a presser like
this. So we don't know that that's going to
happen yet, but that's usually the reason
why something like this happens. Okay, now
in terms of is it possible that Epstein introduced
[00:08:57]
them? First of all, of course, of course it's
possible, right? So a lot of girls to a lot
of rich people. So now some of them were young
girls and in seedy private areas, etc. But
[00:09:14]
some of them were young women. uh And so uh
she was introduced by an Italian modeling agent
or something. Now you remember the French modeling
agent uh who got, I've seen a lot of the underage
girls who then was arrested and committed suicide
in prison after Epstein did. So a lot of those
[00:09:36]
modeling agents, their jobs was to procure
women for wealthy, powerful men. So I don't
think that that's the way she thinks it is by
telling us that that's how they meant. So
now they're keeping a real portion of our programming,
okay? Now don't know that this applies to Melania
[00:09:57]
at all, because you need real facts and evidence
to say that. But is there a concept of what
uh we can call semi pros? Well, of course there
is, what does that mean? So, if you're a
person who um is a sex worker, there's a simple
transaction, The John, the client pays a certain
[00:10:21]
amount of money and they get the woman for a
certain number of hours or the night, etc.
Now the semi pros don't work like that, you
cannot pay them for the night. In fact, they'll
be deeply offended by that, okay? But if you
are good to them, they will be your girlfriend
[00:10:38]
for a while, right? And sometimes do the idiot,
much older wealthy men fall in love and then
marry that semi-pro? Happens all the time, okay?
And our- Is there a little cottage industry
[00:11:00]
of guys like Epstein and the modeling agents
who introduced the semi pros to high society?
Yes, there's no question about that. Whether
Melania and Trump met that way is an open question.
But does that happen? Definitively it does.
Of course it does, which is why I have chosen
[00:11:21]
the path of working 12 plus hours a day to not
have to be with someone as disgusting and repulsive
as Donald Trump. Every time you ring the bell
below, an angel gets his wings. Totally not
true, but it does keep you updated on our live
shows.
