Republicans Are SO SCARED Of The 'No Kings' Rally

House Speaker Mike Johnson has a name for the "No Kings" protest ... "the hate America rally."
  • 9 minutes
Let's go into more of the Trump administration, the Trump regime and their allies badmouthing the millions of Americans who aren't buying what they're selling. Starting with this. Now, tomorrow, the Democrat leaders are going to join for a big party out on the National Mall. They're going to descend on our Capitol for their much anticipated [00:00:15] so-called No Kings rally. We refer to it by its more accurate description, the Hate America Rally. Okay. And I'm not sure how anybody can refute that. Well, we're going to give a go with that, if. You don't mind. Speaker Johnson but that was him trying to preempt the fact [00:00:32] that there's the no Kings two rally. It's happening this October, like 2600 different events across America. The follow up to perhaps the largest coordinated protest in American history that drove Donald Trump and the Republicans insane. [00:00:48] They're still insane from the earlier one. The fact that this looks like it's going to be even bigger, is causing them no end of headaches. And so they're trying to set the narrative. I think that the, the no Kings, organizers have been pretty clear about, you know, what they're against. It's in the name. [00:01:03] They don't believe that Donald Trump should be allowed to rule as a king. And I understand why Mike Johnson would be a little bit twitchy about this whole thing, since it is his constitutional duty to provide a check to Donald Trump. And he is constitutionally, I would say, physiologically incapable of doing that. [00:01:19] And so these protesters are showing him how to do his goddamn job, but he knows he's not going to do it, so he has a problem with them. That said, we're going to discuss we're going to talk about these protests. But first, here's more from the speaker. If you think about what's going to happen here tomorrow, you're going to bring together the Marxists, the socialists, [00:01:36] the Antifa advocates, the anarchists, and the pro-hamas wing of the far left Democrat Party that is the modern Democratic Party. That's where they've gone. And and the Hate America rally is the common theme among all those groups. Listen to the language they use themselves. [00:01:52] Many of them don't like living in America. They hate capitalism. They hate our free enterprise system. They hate our principles. They hate the ideas that we come in to work every day to fight for, to preserve, and the greatest nation in the history of the world. They hate the idea of individual freedom and limited government. [00:02:09] They hate the idea of the rule of law. That was the funniest part. I'm glad he ended. I'm glad that was pretty good. Mike Johnson with Donald Trump in office and the the pardons and all that and oh, they're the Hate America rally, not the ones who tried to murder Mike pence. [00:02:25] And, you know, bash the skulls of cops in and all of that. Yeah, they're the hateful ones. I was at the one of the the first No Kings protests. It was just great Americans. It was American patriots who don't like what they're seeing. This is almost certainly going to be exactly the same. [00:02:40] But what you had for Mike Johnson there was very similar to with Caroline Leavitt. It's just it's Marxist socialists. It's Pro-hamas. Again, I don't know why everything I guess they got bored with attacking trans people. And now everything has to be Hamas at all times. [00:02:55] And so it's just the constant badmouthing. How dare you use your right to free speech? Right to free assembly. How dare you stand up? Just. Just lay there and let us do whatever we want to this country. That's the message I'm getting out of them. Yeah. Look, as I keep saying, I think there is some, portion of, [00:03:14] of the base or their base, who views America as them and no one else. Right. So, hey, you disagree with Trump, then? You're not an American. You're Muslim, you're not an American, you're trans, you're not an American, etc.. [00:03:29] But, you know, I know some will disagree, but I think that's a minority even within Trump voters. I think that, that the great majority of the country, including a ton of Trump voters, understands that what America really is is not an ethnicity or race or religion or any of that stuff. [00:03:44] It's an idea. Well, what idea is it? Well, good news, we wrote it down. It's called the Constitution, right? So that's our code. That's our DNA, that's the coding of what it means to be an American. So freedom of speech, you know, freedom of the press, [00:04:01] by the way, freedom of religion, government must get a warrant before they come into our property and take our stuff. And a lot of right wing would say Second Amendment. Its 10th amendment, which gives states rights. ET cetera. Now, we could disagree around the edges of what that means. [00:04:18] Unfortunately, the Supreme Court has perverted the freedom of speech to mean endless money in politics. And those are all legitimate good debates, constitutional debates, legal debates, etc. And we have tons of political debates. And is that a pro-American position? It doesn't get any more pro-america than being in favor of political debates. [00:04:36] Right. So in other countries, by the way, I lived in another country, for those of you who haven't. Look, Turkey was a young democracy. Now it's struggling with democracy. It's had its ups and downs, but people were always nervous that it was going to get taken away. Right here, a lot of people were not nervous for a long, long time. [00:04:55] Why? Because it's in our coding. We don't. You don't take our democracy away. You don't take our speech away. You don't take our rights away. So if you're in the camp of saying, yeah, but if you're on the other side, whatever the other side is, Democrat or Republican. Then you shouldn't have the same rights. [00:05:12] And I should get to call you a terrorist and take away your rights. Well, that's an un-American position. I mean, literally, empirically read the documents, read the Constitution. That is against what America stands for and what we all signed up for. So this whole saying thing of, oh, you hate America [00:05:29] if you protest the government. Brother, how long have you been here? Did you just get here from Saudi Arabia or something? No. In this country we get to protest our government. The right wing got to protest the government during Covid and and during everything else. [00:05:45] Right. And the left wing gets to protest under Trump. If you don't like that and you don't think that should be allowed, you're really not an American. Like, I don't mean that. Like, again, not based on identity or anything like that. I mean, just as philosophically, you don't really believe in this country. [00:06:02] I'm still going to give you all your rights and you. And if somebody else is in charge, Mike Johnson can Protest to, you know, his heart's delight. I would never take his rights away. Unlike him who now says, oh no, the other side are all terrorists, criminals, etc.. No, but you want to know what the the folks who are the good folks who are going [00:06:20] to protest actually don't like because he said, oh, they hate America. They hate, they hate corruption. Guess what? Is that similar to the right wing voters? Yeah, the right wing voters also hate corruption. They want lower drug prices. They want higher wages. They want lower housing prices, just like a lot of the right wing voters. [00:06:39] The rest of it is an attempt to divide us. So look, if you're I know most right wingers will not do this and will not believe this, but when you see those massive crowds, which will likely be millions of Americans, your fellow Americans protesting out there on Saturday, you should be slightly proud. [00:06:58] Atta boy. That's our country. That's what we do. You don't agree with our side. So what? Go get em. Go protest right now. If you're going to protest. They're already doing a terrific job with this. They really they've had tons of people teaching crowds, nonviolence. We do that before some of our rallies, right? [00:07:14] We literally hire people to teach people. Like, even if you're provoked, don't don't respond. We teach nonviolence. We teach peace. So please do that everybody. And by the way, if somebody doesn't do that and I know King's protests turn him in because they're probably a provocateur. [00:07:30] They're very like whether they think they are on your side or they're literally not on your side, and they're trying to provoke things, to get violence, to get it to shut down, etc. They're even if they think they're on your side, they're not. They're not because it would lead to terrible consequences if anyone's [00:07:46] planning violence, turn them in. Okay. So that's not what we do. And the last thing I'd ask people, and I love that you guys are going out there. Look, I'm not any part of it. Nobody asked me to be part of it. But I'm encouraging you guys to go. And I'm encouraging you to take an American flag with you. [00:08:02] No, no, neither party owns America. Okay? So we. Why do I love this country? Because the constitution. The Constitution guarantees me, or was supposed to guarantee me, largely guarantees me those rights that I love and cherish. And my family came here for those rights because we love that idea. [00:08:21] Right? So now, is America perfect? Of course not. That's why we do protests like this, right? And that's why we try to make it better and better and better as we go along. So go out there, fight for America, but fight peacefully and bring an American flag so that people know, no, no, no, we're America. [00:08:37] Not to say you're not, but we're also America. We also love this country, and we love this country because of what's in the Constitution, which I think is a very, the very core of. And I know right wing won't believe this, you know, surprised. But it's actually the very, very core of traditional liberal, [00:08:54] progressive left wing thinking. We're for everyone's freedom to speak out, everyone's right to protest, everyone's right to religion, etcetera, etcetera. Every time you ring the bell below, an angel gets its wings. Totally not true. But it does keep you updated on our live shows.
