A judge Friday dismissed a hate crime and other charges against White woman Yuliya Gilshteyn that took place during the Covid pandemic. Gilshteyn spat on Black woman Keren Prescott during a BLM protest at the Connecticut state Capitol and shouted "all lives matter, black lives don't matter."
