Filibuster Reform
In order to get around Republican obstructionism in the Senate, many Democrats are supporting either the elimination of the filibuster or reform to Senate rules to make the filibuster process more onerous (or, as Joe Manchin put it, "more painful") for those seeking to block a bill's passage.
