Witnesses say that Garner was a gentle giant and had no intention of causing violence. Police chief Tim Kelemen has been dealing with a lawsuit because of his attempt to regulate Tea Party protests along a certain bridge. Kelemen received threats and was harassed by Tea Party members. He responded by signing Tea Party leaders up for porn sites, gay dating sites, and Obama Care among other things. Kelemen is being charged with a misdemeanor. FedEx is dealing with a government indictment over the delivery of illegal drugs from less than reliable “pharmacies”. FedEx claims that they are not law enforcement and they only deliver the packages. Will the CEO of FedEx be held responsible? Probably not. 51 year-old Thomas Thorpe is dealing with an attempted murder charge. He was provided with a public defender, but refused to accept his help because he was black. Despite his racism and lack of foresight, he is being given a new attorney. University of Oregon officers are under fire after they compiled a list of people they want to “eat a bowl full of dicks”. Summarization of John McCain accusing Obama of being AWOL during the Ukrainian plane crisis is given. RT Anchor Sara Firth resigns because of their biased coverage of the Russia Ukraine situation.
