The Supreme Court has just passed down a ruling that grants religious schools access to government programs that offer tuition aid for private schools, essentially funneling taxpayer money to religious schools despite any discriminatory practices committed by the schools. Chief Justice John Roberts claims that excluding religious private schools from these tuition aid programs is a form of religious discrimination that violates citizen’s constitutional freedom to practice their religion.
