A Georgia judge has just ruled that insurrectionist Marjorie Greene will be allowed to run for reelection in her Congressional district despite her role in planning the January 6th Capitol riots. The representative group of the suing voters, Free Speech for People, says the decision “betrays the fundamental purpose of the Fourteenth Amendment’s Insurrectionist Disqualification Clause”.
