The Supreme Court has just ruled to severely limit the power the Environmental Protection Agency has in regulating carbon emissions from the country’s power plants. In the all-too-familiar 6-3 ruling, the conservative justices argue that Congress is the governing body that has the power to make these decisions, even though Congress deferred its power over to the EPA during the Obama administration
