Republicans are continuing their assault on anything dealing with the LGBT community by banning an author from reading his book “It’s Okay To Be A Unicorn” during a school event even though the author says the book has nothing to do with being gay. Author Jason Tharp was contacted by a principal from Ohio’s Buckeye Valley School District after parents and other administrators claimed that his books promote a “gay lifestyle”.
