The U.S. government has given the green light for private citizens to hunt down Russian oligarchs’ assets in the U.S. The bounty hunters could be rewarded with payments of up to $5 million for information that leads to asset seizures and forfeitures, including money parked in hedge funds, real estate, corporations, etc.
