In a video call with Chinese Chairman Xi Jinping, President Joe Biden laid out the consequences if China sends any military or economic aid to Russia to help with their war in Ukraine. The call apparently went smoothly with both sides agreeing that diplomacy was the best course of action although the international order could easily be shaken up at any moment.
