The Republican Party's assault on the transgender community is ramping up again as the Idaho state legislature passed a bill that would deem providing gender-affirming therapy to transgender youth a felony, punishable by life in prison. The bill also doesn’t allow parents or guardians to assist in their child’s treatment, even if it is out of state.
