Senate Republicans are threatening to tank a $10 billion pandemic relief bill unless a vote is allowed to preserve Title 42, a Trump-era anti-immigration policy that the Biden administration is trying to end. Minority Leader Mitch McConnell made the threats clear, saying that Republicans will need to make a deal with the Democrats about amendments to Title 42 in order to even consider voting on the coronavirus spending bill.
