She told a story to KHOU 11 after the video of the man [00:00:39] using racial slurs went viral, and well known activists are now asking the police to investigate, okay? He needs help, Lewis said. I may even need counseling. [00:00:54] Lewis said that she was driving along Airport Boulevard near the Southwest Freeway on Thursday when she hunked a horn at a man on a motorcycle who was not moving after light turned green. She then went around him. He accelerates his gas, comes from the right lane and [00:01:13] punches my rear mirror, the side mirror, Lewis said. She said, she saw the man pull into a 711 convenience store and she pulled in next to him. I walked in, I said, excuse me, sir, did you just punch my mirror? [00:01:29] He said F-U-N word, B word. Yeah, she is a stupid N word, the man said on the video. Lewis said, she started recording on Snapchat, which stopped recording and didn't capture the entire exchange. In the video, the man is David Tupper. [00:01:48] All right, let's put him up. David Tupper repeatedly spewed racial slurs at Miss Lewis before she left. Tupper spat on her when I walked off. He then followed me. [00:02:03] Come here, you N word, B word. Come here, you N word, B word. And then he proceeds, as she says, spit on me, Lewis said. She has since filed a report with the Stafford Police Department. Now let's put up the big homie. [00:02:23] Now, brother X has been doing advocacy and activism for a very long time and is well positioned on issue, able to debate with the best in the world. [00:02:40] So he stepped into the situation to help Miss Lewis, quote, this man is a danger to society, X said. He's already demonstrated he will commit a hate crime against an African American and use racist hateful language on a female, spit on her walking around with a gun, [00:02:55] end quote. I completely concur. X claims the man works for a private group named Barontegra Security and Investigation. The company issued a statement Saturday saying the man was a temporary employee [00:03:11] and, quote, we had no contact with him since early August. The company posted the following a statement on LinkedIn and provided a little more context to the fact that they don't know him, they don't support him, nor would they ever at this point, [00:03:29] knowing his well, proclamation. All right, so once again, we have police not in action, is nonexistent. Where's the comment? Where's the hey, we're gonna make an example out of this fella nothing.
