Oklahoma Governor's Secret Request Against Tribal Lands

An amendment was made in the middle of the night to a federal transportation bill that would give the state of Oklahoma the right to take over environmental regulations on Tribal land. This was snuck into a two-paragraph amendment on page 795 of the 836-page bill. Tribes have until Monday Sept. 21, 2020 to respond but say they haven't been notified.
